PLEASE NOTE: Despite being extremely carefully packaged, these Sennelier extra soft pastels occasionally arrive cracked or chipped at the ends. This is because they are extremely sensitive. We cannot issue a refund for broken pastels unless they are judged useless due to being shattered because this does not affect how the pastels work.
